Payment must be made on or before the date of appointment. All major Credit / Debit Cards, Check, and PayPal payments accepted. *No cash refunds. $35 administrative fee applies to returned checks. Address payments by check to Quinn Caya and send to:

Cancellation Policy
*Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for the full appointment fee. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you only and is closed to other clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel, a weeks’ notice is appreciated.
* For New Clients
Initial sessions for new clients include an intake process of 15 min + 60 minutes of therapeutic work and / or yoga instruction. When booking an initial session, new clients are required to prepay. The appointment is confirmed once the payment transaction is completed.
