Private Yoga Instruction

Yoga is an approach to personal development and self care that also complements the benefits of massage and reiki therapy. Like massage, yoga encompasses many approaches and techniques. Private yoga instruction educates the individual in how to develop and use a yoga practice that is suitable to their age, health, personal background and occupation.


  1. If you are new to yoga, private yoga lessons are a great starting point before attending public classes.

  2. One-on-one yoga therapy sessions provide guidance and space to discover self-healing firsthand.

  3. Yoga students benefit from several sessions / year to support personal growth and refinement in their yoga practice.

  1. Intake (first appointment), postural assessment, lifestyle evaluation, and health information

  2. Asana (posture & movement), pranayama (breath practice), restorative and relaxation techniques, meditation instruction, and lifestyle recommendations

  3. Q & A discussion and assignments for next session
